Service description
MediCall is an online platform that connects patients with doctors in Bulgaria for appointment booking, video consultations, chat and storage of health records. The platform is an organisational tool — it does not provide medical services itself.
Eligibility
To use the platform as a patient you must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. To register as a doctor a valid UIN and proof of medical practice are required.
User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, refrain from posting illegal or offensive content and not attempt to compromise the security or availability of the platform.
Medical information
MediCall does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. All medical information on the platform is for informational purposes. In emergencies dial 112.
Limitations of liability
MediCall provides the platform "as is". We are not liable for the quality of medical services provided by doctors, nor for service interruptions outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be heard by the competent Bulgarian courts.
